Warranty and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Information

Warranty on all items will be the manufacturer’s standard warranty. Please consult the manufacturer’s literature or packaging for specifics. The warranty period will vary by product type. Most warranty periods are effective from the date of purchase. During the warranty period,Agricova,INC,will, at our option, repair, replace or credit this product if the unit or any of its components fail or malfunction. Any warranty offered will be based on the repair or replacement of that item and is not a money backguarantee.

During the warranty period, at the sole discretion of Agricova, INC, we will repair,replace or credit the purchasing dealer at the purchased cost (if credited).
The warranty is from the retail sale date by the Dealer to the end-user. The date, product description and purchase price must be clearly legible on the receipt. A copy of the receipt must be provided together with the returned products to Agricova, INC. If no receipt is provided, there is no warranty.

Warranty on our proprietary products - The warranty will vary by product type and brand. Any written warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for use and of all other obligations or liabilities on the part of the seller. This warranty shall not apply to this product or any part thereof that has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse,modification, negligence, alteration or misapplication. Agricova, INC. makes no warranty whatsoever in respect to accessories or parts not supplied by Agricova, INC.The warranty on our proprietary items shall apply only to the United States. In some cases, the customer will be responsible for inbound freight. The warranty does not cover
labor, materials, travel time, equipment, etc. to de-install & re-install any lighting
fixtures or other equipment.
Limitation of Liability - Exclusive Remedy: Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be the repair or replacement of the defective product or credit of amounts paid for the defective product under Seller’s Return Merchandise Authorization Program, at Seller’s sole discretion. The liability of Seller arising from any contract, or from the manufacture, sale, delivery, resale, use or handling of any product, whether in contract, in tort (including negligence and strict liability) or otherwise shall not exceed the purchase price of the product on which such liability is based, or the repair orreplacement of the product.
Merchandise Returns - Products being returned to Agricova, INC,. will be assessed at 20% restocking fee. We will only take back new, unused merchandise in resalable condition. Product must be in its’ original packaging.  Do not write on packaging. Use over wrap boxes for shipping. Return items must be a current model and less than three months old. Customers must prepay the freight back to us. If merchandise is received back in condition other than what is described above or if it is damaged in shipment,we will be unable to give credit on the merchandise. Compensation for returned merchandise will be credited to the customer’s account only.

Once we received your request of return, we will send you Return Request Form byemail. The retailers and dealers have to send this completed form before returning any merchandise. After we receive the form, we will send an RA confirmation and return shipping information by email to retailers and dealers.
For end-users returns, please contact your original place of purchase.
