Shipping Freight

Freight on Orders Less Than $2,000 – Freight will be charged all orders under $2,000. The best shipment method will be determined by Agricova®. Most Orders are shipped via common carrier. All orders under $2,000 will be prepaid by Agricova® and added to invoices.

Freight on Orders Over $2,000 - Freight is prepaid on orders over $2,000. Additional freight/fees on specific products will apply (i.e. Growing Media, Wall Fan, Ducting). Fuel surcharges may also apply.

Freight Terms on Grow Media - Certain bulky and heavy products will be excluded from our prepaid freight program.

Freight Damage and Shortages - At the time of delivery, make sure there is no damage or any shortages. If there is,it must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. If the delivery receipt is signed as complete /undamaged and at a later point damage or shortages are found, you will be unable to receive compensation. Agricova® prepaid freight claims (damages or shortages) must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Claims made after the 24 hour time frame will be the responsibility of the customer. Drop Shipment Fees &Small Package Handling Fees

 Drop Shipment Fees – A $5.00 per box drop charge will be assessed on all UPS drop ship orders within the US.Minimum drop ship order size is $15.00. We reserve the right to approve drop ship order sizes & destinations. If incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by Dealer results in additional fees charged by UPS the Dealer will be charged back these fees at a flat rate of $20.00.

Small Package Handling Fees - Products sent via UPS to retailers will be assessed a $2.00 or $3.00 per box handling fee depending on box size. This is to cover the additional costs of the packaging materials & labor that are not required for truck shipments.

The shipping time on Agricova in the USA is normally about 3-5 Business Days for Standard Shipping Then order processing time is not included. It is normally 1 Business Days.
